At WellSky, innovation drives everything we do, and our commitment to advancing the future of health and community care is especially evident during DevDays.

DevDays 2024 is our 6th annual internal R&D summit that brings together our engineering, IT, information security, data science, analytics, and solutions management teams. The two-and-a-half-day event fosters collaboration, innovation, and visionary thinking, empowering our teammates to move beyond the routine and tackle significant challenges with big-picture perspectives.

This year's event featured an impressive lineup of 85 sessions covering various topics such as AI, DevOps, security, and more. WellSky teammates had the opportunity to hear from industry experts like keynote speaker Kent Beck, the creator of Extreme Programming, co-author of Agile Manifesto, and author of multiple books. Kent presented on Responsible Development and conducted a workshop on Empirical Design. Other guest speakers included professionals from Google, New Relic, Sauce Labs, Synk, IBM, GitHub, Miro, CitiusTech, Nitor, Globant, Fivetran, and LaunchDarkly.
