Meet Pooja G., a senior solutions manager in the personal care business unit at WellSky.
She is a self-described strategic and metrics-driven product professional with a knack for navigating the complexities of end-to-end product life cycles. Pooja brings a wealth of experience to this role, having worked across three continents in fields such as talent acquisition, banking and finance, and personal healthcare. She credits her roots in engineering for providing her with a unique perspective that helps to facilitate seamless collaboration within her team.
Pooja’s role is multi-faceted, and she works within product strategy, roadmap development, design, and implementation. Her unit specializes in acute, post-acute, and community care technology, and she is a proactive team member. Pooja can frequently be found leading new initiatives and go-to-market efforts to offer the best solutions possible to the 20,000 providers she serves. Her attention to detail and consistent prioritization of demands lead her to excel in every phase of product releases, where she collaborates with all parties involved to determine areas of focus.
