Meet Ny B
Ny B. is a senior staff software engineer specializing in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) at WellSky. He has been with the company since March 2021 and is known for his passion for solving complex problems and his commitment to helping others learn and grow.

What is the best thing about working at WellSky?
"The people," Ny says without hesitation. "It is a great thing to work with people that are much smarter than you. Don’t get me wrong, I score well on the Mensa scale, but we have so many SMEs in various disciplines (AI, Cloud, Health, etc.) that there is a wealth of knowledge to learn about anything that interests you. It is an environment where I am forever growing and learning."

"I would describe it as growing," Ny says. "We are working toward being more inclusive and learning about each other. I believe that being geographically separated from your team just means that you need to connect more with other teammates based in your vicinity."
