This month, we’re excited to introduce you to Jinbo Lin, one of our talented staff software engineers, who joined WellSky in April 2024. Over the past year, he’s been making a big impact.
Jinbo works remotely from Atlanta, Georgia, where he’s been thriving as part of our distributed team. Jinbo’s career path has taken him through a wide variety of industries. He has contributed his skills to mortgage, healthcare, insurance, and finance. But as he puts it, he’s now landed in his favorite industry and company yet: WellSky.
Jinbo first crossed paths with our world when working at NaviHealth a few years back. When his colleagues shared their great experiences at WellSky, he decided to check it out for himself, and the rest is history.
From day one, Jinbo was struck by how intentionally WellSky welcomes new hires. Hearing WellSky CEO Bill Miller personally connect the company’s mission and with each individual’s career goals left a lasting mark. For him, it showed how WellSky invests in aligning people and purpose from the very start.
While Jinbo appreciates the amazing people he works with every day, what he values most is our simplicity of tech stack. In his words: “The more complex a system is, the greater the potential for failures. Most companies either don’t know that, or they must accept that. At WellSky, we start things simple and keep it simple, never being wishy-washy about our tech stack.”
